Ordered a redacted Carport October 19 2014 8 to 10 week delivery and installation contacted Alans factory at 8 weeks requesting a delivery date no date given contacted them again at 10 weeks was told due to back log at factory it would be late Contacted them again after 12 weeks got same excuse going on 13 weeks no carport or delivery date they charge 9450 on ordering with no refund.
